Usually yes. Endocrinology OPD runs 9 AM – 2 PM and Orthopaedics 11 AM – 7 PM, Mon–Sat. Urgent concerns are fitted into the day's overflow slots — just mention it when we call.

General wards: 12–2 PM and 5–7 PM; one attendant may stay overnight. ICU visiting is 12–12:30 PM and 6–6:30 PM, two visitors at a time. Children below 12 are allowed in wards but not the ICU.

Previous reports, X-rays/MRI films or CDs, a list of current medicines (or the strips themselves), and your insurance/PM-JAY card if you have one. For diabetes visits, bring your last HbA1c and sugar diary if available.

Yes — lab and imaging reports reach your phone the same day, and follow-up consults can be done over call for dose adjustments (diabetes/thyroid) when a physical exam isn't needed.

Our ALS ambulance is stationed on-site with a trained crew — typical NCR response is 15–30 minutes. Pricing is per distance, shared on the phone before dispatch; no surprise billing.

Show your card and policy at the ground-floor insurance desk. We raise pre-authorisation with your TPA (usually 2–6 hours for planned procedures) and you pay only non-covered items. We're empanelled with 40+ TPAs and private insurers.

Yes — fully cashless for covered procedures under the scheme, including joint replacement. Bring your PM-JAY card and Aadhaar; our desk verifies eligibility in minutes.

Treatment & Surgery

Always. A printed, itemised estimate — implants, room, theatre, consumables — signed before admission. If anything changes mid-treatment, we tell you before proceeding, not after.

Of course, and we encourage it. Bring your existing reports; our consultant will review them honestly — including when the answer is 'you don't need surgery yet.'

Typically 3–4 days. Most patients stand the same evening and walk with support within 24 hours; the rapid-recovery protocol and rehab plan continue at home for 6–8 weeks.

Diabetes & Hormones

Fasting (8–10 hrs, water fine) is needed for fasting sugar and lipid profiles. HbA1c and TSH/T3/T4 do not need fasting. Our lab confirms when booking.

Every 3 months if your sugars are changing or treatment was adjusted; every 6 months once stable for over a year. It's reported in 30 minutes in-house.
